Vineet is the founder and Managing Director of Aavishkaar Venture Management Services and has over 18 years of experience in early stage investing, small business incubation, strategic planning, microfinance and social entrepreneurship, Vineet provides overall leadership to the fund team with key focus on fund raising and post investment mentoring and exits. He is also the Co-founder and Director of Intellecap, founded in 2002 which provides business solutions and intellectual capital to enterprises driving social and environmental change. He also served as the Director of Villgro, a rural business incubator.Vineet is an Ashoka Fellow, and he has received honorary membership to the Xavier Labour Research Institute Alumni Association. He holds a Post-Graduate diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. Vineet is also founder of IntelleGrow and currently serves as Board Chairman.
