Mr. Atreya Rayaprolu has been associated with Aavishkaar Group since 2006 in various capacities. Currently he is the MD & CEO at Ashv Finance since June 2025. Previously, as the Chief Technology Officer of Ashv Finance, he led the Technology, Data Science & Operations of the business in addition to leading the Partnerships and Digital Business.

Prior to moving to Ashv, as CEO of Tribe3 from 2016 to 2020, he built a FinTech platform including Credit Risk Models focused on characterizing and delivering financial services to micro-and-small businesses. From 2006 to 2016, he was with Intellecap setting up and leading their Investment Banking Business and later seeding the Aavishkaar Group's international expansion into East Africa . He was also associated with ICICI Bank and IVY Comptech (wholly owned subsidiary of PartyGaming) in the early years of his career. Atreya holds a B.Tech from IIT- Delhi and an MBA from ISB- Hyderabad.
